Just rec'd notification via email that NVC has rec'd our DS-3032, which we emailed. For time reference, we emailed the form on July 2 and rec'd notification of receipt on July 13.
We emailed our DS-3032, so it only took about 8 days for them to accept it (not much different from your mailing), but that was on Friday, so I am hoping our IV bill shows up sometime today.
Dee&Bryan: I am also self-employed, so I sent all my client contracts for this year, payment receipts for 2012 and tax returns for the past three years. I think this will be enough to prove our (my) income.
