    So you guys had a CC on the 16th of this month and you have to "probably" wait to the first two weeks of next month to get an actual interview date? That sucks!

    Hi there! It's me again! LOL! I just noticed looking at your timeline that your IV package was received today by NVC. Mine too! LOL! I'm tempted to NOT call until Monday to find out any status but instead I will be looking for you to see ... if yours get's approved then than means they are close to looking at mine or perhaps they approved mine. Please let me know...

    If your first "emailed" DS-3032 has not been "rejected" DO NOT send a second one. Wait for them to respond. It takes time. Remember they have to check thousands of emails a day. Ignore email from NVC.

    Got home from work today and tried the NVC payment portal one more time and voila! It let me in and Surprise! My I-864 was already invoiced! Yaaay! AOS Payment made right away and Bar-coded Cover Sheet Ready to Go! Affidavit of Support Packet ready to Go! Now I have to wait for the payment to show us PAID :)

      No my friend. The site is fine it was just down for me because NVC was invoicing my I-864. Hope you are doing OK Take care!

      we got approved on the same date:)how did you know nvc received your petition already?we tried to call but it was only automated machine

      I kept calling everyday until an operator informed me that they had received it on that day but that I had to allow from 7 to 10 business days to be entered into the system. Tomorrow, I will start calling again. Operators are available from Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to Midnight Eastern Time

    On February 21, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.... YES! NOA2 APPROVED!

    Why would you file an expedite when the military spouse is deployed? Maybe I'm not getting it but what I'm trying to ask is why would you speed up the process for the wife to come to the US and the husband is not even in the US? (It's deployed! and probably somewhere else far away in the world). Can someone explain please?
