    Ok so I found a family member that can do the I-864 affadavit of support letter with me now what do I do as I want to do this on my own and not through my attorney? Is it the I-864a that we fill out? Would I need a cpy of his tax returns as well? Is this letter surposed to be notified by me and the sponsor for my fiance or not? Help me out guys if you can I have been putting everything neatly together so that all is perfect when our time comes......;-)

      You have to wait....once he's approved for the visa, he comes here, you get married, and it is suggested that you start the AOS process as soon as you can after marriage. During the submission of the AOS documents is when you will submit the I-864. Don't bother to gather that now because the info needs to be current.
