After I get the date for my NOA2 assuming that I do of course lol....what paperwork is needed after that? Am I support to get the affadavit of support letter done prior to my NOA2 recieval date? Also do I need an attorney for this affadavit of support or can I do it myself?
you can do affidavit by yourself. Don't waste $$ on a lawyer. After NOA2 just start gathering your evidence for the interview and getting it organized.
oh ok yes I have all my stuff organized, aint wasting no time cause i dont want to be going crazy later. Good to know I will do it myself and save the $$. Thanks ;-)
