    OK question...is it me or him that has to get a police certificate?? and if its me how do I get this, is it the same as a background check?

      Thanks alot, I wasnt sure so I got my background report just in case. Can he get this now even though a decision has not been made yet or is it too early?

      ITS WAYY TOO EARLY. If he gets it now they'll never accept it. It has to be within 15 days of the interview
