Ok question if for any reason just thinkin in the negatives too.....if we dont get approved due to the fact that I also did paper work for my ex husband although we meet in the states and he came on a visa which is a different situation! If for some reason they dont approve us does anyone know if its faster to get married in dominican republic and then reapply for a spousal visa or withdraw my application and just reapply for a fiance visa again?   You really need to check laws in DR. I know that if I wanted to marry my sweetie in Scotland, I'd have to live there for 6 months prior.. which means no job for me =/ not an option

  You dont have to live over there for 6 months....I have though of moving over there cause i miss me so much and cant afford to travel all the time; but due to work I cant! I am hopeing all turns out ok and we are blessed to come back together but only time will tell.....
