    Hey question, has any one here done papers before for an ex husband and has or is doing them now for a fiance?? Has any one had any complications due to this?? My ex husband was also from dominicain republic but when we meet he was in the states due to an education visa. This is a complete different situation. My fiance lives in D.R and I have visited several times and we have a baby......anyone??

      Did you legally separate? Is there documentation that there was a separation and that you were free to make your life? I think as long as you can establish you have a divorce and that you began this new relationship after the separation, you are all set. I see that a lot on here.
