    Big question?? I have read stuff online stating that you have to have been dating your fiance for two years prior to filing for I129f?? Is this true? I had only been with my boyfriend for 11 months when the application was filed!! My attorney didnt say other wise........does any one know if this is true?

      Not true. The rule is you must have met each other within 2 years of filing. So as long as you have met in person at some point in 2 years you have met their requirement

      Thanks i was starting to panic lol. Do you know if we have a baby together if it is required to bring her with us to the interview?

      I dont think you can bring the baby since the interview is not with her, only your fiance. Only people under the interview can go inside. But lots of proof he is the father will be necessary....of course the birth certificate, pictures, a timeline of when you got pregnant and you were there....that type of stuff
