I really love how everyone here has tried and convicted this guy with only hearing one side, and to be quite frank, her story sounds ridiculous and unbelievable. This guy is putting his life on the line for your freedom such as being able to post on boards etc etc etc , he at least deserves his say. He doesn't deserve to be labeled a woman abuser until all the facts come out. Horrible !!!!

Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmm. Every once in a while you get some straggler come onto a board and post NOA2 la di da and when you look at their timeline its like 3 weeks or 2 months from their NOA1. Then you ask them over and over how did you get approved so fast blah blah blah and they never answer you. Here is my philosophy, people know we are going thru hell waiting and wishing for happiness and they come up on these boards and post false info just to add to our frustration because it amuses them. You don't think so? Trust me there are many people sitting around the house in their pajamas all day doing this kind of silliness. Just chill out dudes!!!! Listen to Thrilla, "1 day at a time". Back in the day (pre Obama era) I-130 filing to Visa in hand took average 1 year !!! Then they sped up the process last few years of BUSH era the whole process took average 7 months. This is because they are trying to phase out the K-3 visas. Now since the past year budget fiasco this process is taking average of 10 months. I studied this by looking at other boards and seeing what kind of timelines people are creating. People who filed same as us over a several month period before we did. They are waiting like 10 months average to get the complete process done (USCIS, NVC, Embassy interview). I wouldn't start worrying or calling USCIS unless about 5 months passed and you hear nothing. Check your case status on their website using your WAC# .

And what you really need to worry about now is IDENTITY THEFT charges because if the number you made up is actually someone elses SS number and they find out you used it you are in a lot of hot water. And they will find out because whatever money you earned working is on their record now and when the IRS sends them a nasty letter for not reporting that income thats when your can of worms is going to open.

Its hard to believe anyone can lose to Obama, he is a total failure, ZERO leadership. He is like a tumor on the country. He even stated recently that he is learning as he goes. Call the USCIS ICE phone number, its on their webpage, They will take a report right over the phone and then they tell you to back it up with a letter to them. Basically what you do is withdraw your petition. You send USCIS a letter asking to withdraw your petition, explain what happened, give what ever evidence you have pertaining to where she is or might be. Then USCIS will send you a letter cutting you loose from all this and they will go after her.
