  1. Hello everyone :) I understand that my fiance's G-325A form requires her signature. I did not find this out until just recently. I signed my name to both mine and her G-325A and sent those in with my I-129f along with proof of relationship evidence. Since then I sent her the weblink and had her sign her name. She then emailed the signed form back to me.

    If I'm wrong please let me know, but is it correct in saying that if I do not send the newly signed G-325A from my fiance to USCIS, she can just simply sign her name on this form at her interview? I recently got a RFE for "initial" evidence and since then sent that back to the USCIS. I figured USCIS would have told me they needed her signature. Since they did not, should I still send the G-325A signed by my fiance as to not slow down the NOA2 or what?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you. Merry Christmas to all VJ members :D

  2. Just wanted to share that my wife had her interview yesterday and her visa was APPROVED! It's been a long road, not helped by a couple dumb mistakes on our part and a clueless "abogado" in Chile.

    I'll try to get more details from my wife about the interview and post in the embassy review section. I know we shouldn't have been too nervous, we've been married long enough (2.5 years) that she knows me and my family well. And I gave her a three-ring binder full of documents (copies of what we sent to NVC, as well as proof of relationship), I told her to walk in with it as though she was an attorney, that she should intimidate them with how much proof she had. The only small trip up she had was when they pressed her for details on exactly where the town is where I live; it's a town of about 100 people in a very rural area, so no one had heard of it, and it's not really that close to any major metro area.

    Anyway, just want to chime in with another success story, for those of you still in the process, keep the faith.

    Congratulations to you :thumbs::yes: !!!!

  3. Hello all :yes: I have an interesting situation. Once my fiance gets her appointment date for her interview, my father in-law to be wants to show his presence in the embassy in Laos. Since he works at the US Embassy in Laos as a security officer, I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem.

    What do you think about this? He definitely wants his daughter to go to the US as soon as possible so we can get on with our lives together. Any input would be most helpful.

    Thank you :D
