  1. The beneficiary ID is needed only for those doing online forms (DS-261 and DS-260). Since you're not eligible for these, don't worry about the BIN.

thanks saylin! so i got the case#s, iin and sent ds-3032. where can i find invoice aos bill? in payment portal right? so now, my husband(usc) filed i-130 for me and for my daughter. we only knew just now that she qualified for crba. we have our sched for crba interview this feb 28. are we going to wait for the results before continuing my visa petition? since the aos bill is $88 per case so my husband needs to pay two $88 ryt? and how can we cancel or withdraw our daughter's case? thanks saylin!

  2. My 3032 just got accepted by email. Yipppeeeee! So...I initially sent the 3032 when I got the NVC number (Feb 4) and until today there has been no reply to that email. Yesterday, I decided to scan and send the 3032 with my husband's signature and today I got a reply to that email with an acceptance.

For those of you waiting on the 3032 acceptance and have access to a scanner it might be faster to scan it in and email it :)

    Good luck to us all!

hi jlcandrlf, where can i find 3032 form? i would like to do same thing as yours. thank you! :)

  3. While talking on skype, my husband called Nvc, and 31 minutes later a nice lady picked up the phone and he asked about DS-261status, and it‘s not accepted yet...she said from 5 to 10 business days. We got email this morning, AOS was received and please wait up to 20 business days for review.

Does it really take 20 business days?

I guess by now there is nothing else we can do but waiting...

Cant waot to get invoiced for IV Fee! (Lol can‘t believe that I am anxious to pay $230!)

hi! i would like to ask if how did u use Skype to call nvc? is it for free? thanks!

  4. ]Evidence of parents’ U.S. citizenship

The U.S. citizen parent(s) must present his/her current and expired U.S. passports and a photocopy of each passport and each page. We will accept a notarized copy of the current U.S. passport and its pages in lieu of the original. (Note: we only accept documents notarized by a U.S. commissioned notary). If the U.S. citizen parent was naturalized, he/she must bring the original Certificate of Naturalization.

    Hi VJ!

My question about this is "does my Fiance needs to notarize all the pages of his passport?"

Please help me on this. Thank you very much!

hi sis, we had same question, :) what my husband did is he only notarized the biographic page 'coz it's considered as one entire passport. But let's just wait for others to reply, maybe they have a good answer to this. :)

your husband is to provide the form and fill in with his details.

no need to answer question 5 as this does not apply to you.

hi thank u for the reply dladsyvmp, that's what my husband did, but the notary officer said, it wasn't right coz my husband is not the non-applying parent... as the notary officer said.. :(
