Oh, that is so wonderful to hear! I have been beating up myself here! I have just never heard of 221(g) before! And I researched it and people say it means refusal. Do all AP people get it? Did you guys?

AP = mandatory administrative review, for all males in Pakistan, that lasts between 6-8 months, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer.

Fiance had his interview yesterday. It seemed fine. The CO told him that he will be placed on administrative processing. Then they gave him 221(g). Does anyone know what 221(g) means for Pakistan?

Waqar had his interview yesterday. The interview was short and it seemed fine. The CO told him that he will be placed on administrative processing, which we expected. Then they gave him 221(g) sheet. I have researched that this can mean either AP or intent to return petition to the USCIS for revocation.

Does everyone on AP get the 221(g)?

Salam, we got our packet 4 and interview date. They didn't return my fiance's police records or birth certificate, or anything else we sent. Do you think we need to re-make the police records for the interview? They didn't say specifically to bring them, just to bring the medical form... Thoughts?
