Hi! Congrats on the EAD/AP mean? Sorry to bother--I'm still learning as I go through this process.

I received packet 3.5 from the Embassy after contacting my Congressman, who contacted them. Apparently, they emailed me the packet a month ago but left out 'g' in 'gmail.com', so I never received it. Yay that we finally got a hold of the packet!

Salam, did they say you have passed the Administrative Process part? Is that why they are asking for new police records and medical exams? Or is this just part of that? Any idea why the AP is so long? My fiance (male) is from Pakistan and I am dreading waiting another 6 months just for an AP.

Salam, I am sorry to hear that you K1 was revoked after the interview at the consulate. Did they ever provide you a reason? Is it male or female who was in Pakistan? My fiance is from Pakistan and I am petitioning for a K1 visa for him. But I am so worried over what might go wrong! We only just received our packet 3.5... Good luck with the K3 visa. Thank you for that suggestion! We contacted the NVC once through email and they said they didn't know what was going on and they didn't work with the Embassy. However, I'll contact them again and inform them of my urgency. Thanks again!

it's been 2 months since NVC sent Islamabad our petition. Embassy has not contacted us. We have emailed and called, no response...

It's been over two months and we still haven't been contacted by the US Embassy. Our file was sent to Islamabad by the NVC on APril 4th. We have called the embassy 1000X and no one picks up. No response in emails, either. What should we do? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey! Are you also filing for the K1 application? I met my fiance prior to our engagement, but we didn't have any proof of our engagement (it was done while I was in the US), had only two pics with like 4 other people in the same picture.

It's been almost a month since NVC sent out our application. Neither I nor my fiance has heard anything from the embassy. In fact, my fiance has emailed them several times over the past three weeks asking about the status of our application (specifically whether they have received it.) Around April 12/13, they messaged back saying they haven't received the hardcopy.

Our file didn't include my fiance's email address (G329 didn't ask for it), but they have mine through the I129F....

Hi! Yes, received NOA2, within about 15 days, the NVC received and forward our file to the Embassy in Pakistan. Now, I'm trying to figure out how the Embassy will contact my fiance... whether he has to pick up Packet 3.5 or will whether they'll email it to me, since we didn't put an email address for him, as it wasn't asked for on G325. *Sigh* So anxious.
