We got married in Vegas (at Treasure Island) in June and had an amazing time with both our families. You will love it I'm sure. You will need to get the marriage license before the ceremony don't forget.
some friends of mine got married there also.. they got licence in 1 day.. i was told its a steady line going in.. and going out.. LOL
they were married at 11am and hoped on plane back to texas at 1pm!!
how long were you there.. my future better half, is really excited about that possibility! was it easy to get your family to vegas.. did you just send out notice.. we are getting married here! show up if you can?!

You should apply for an advance furlow. Though travel is limited it is possible to travel in cases of emergency. The main thing to remember is that the cost to apply for a Green card is $1000! Don't get surprised by this.
and the form that always you to work .. is $300+.. so if i file AOS and Employment papers.. i need to make sure i have about $1,400.. is this true? are there other costs? after marriage, when dealing with paperwork of this type?

I'm not at all saying don't give them advice but some people are very harsh about it, basically callingthat person stupid... I have actually seen that. A simple "not a good idea" and an explanation would suffice. No need to be mean to people.
sometimes love blinds us.. and maybe a WAKE UP SLAP is what is needed to bring one back to reality i know i need it from time to time.. lol

My flight is on the 5th of Aug. Seems I ll make it:). When I posted this question 90% of the viewers were pesimistic and they approached this with a real mean point of view when I asked them why they were this negative just be possitive.
Well thanks anyway..I hope every each of us will have a great happily life.
victory for people who believe it!!!
i am fairly new here.. but i would have assume.. your case is NOT the norm nor should it be something i would try to follow or anybody else to try to copy!..
i don't think the views were pessimistic.. you are reckless in your choices but it worked out for you congrats for you and your future better half.. experienced people were simply telling you that from PAST EXPERIENCES this did not work before hand..
just my two cents

This attorney has a fundamental misunderstanding of how the affidavit of support is evaluated by the consular officer. The attorney is presuming that they will focus only the tax return in determining if her affidavit of support is sufficient. There's virtually no point in pumping up prior tax returns since she's currently unemployed. Her situation seems straightforward - get a job or a joint sponsor.
that is why i pay someone to do my taxes... i am glad you understand this stuff.. i don't think GOOGLE could him me on these matters.. LOL..

Yes they have my passport . And now i need to get it back i think i should e mail them
is that a common part of the process or was it just for your case? this is new information for me..
-
Did you not see red flags when you can't talk to this attorney on the phone only email OMG that's so BS . Do not have anything more to do with them after your NOA2
what tha?! no kidding.. what are they even really an attorney?!
i dont know what state OP is in.. but in Texas.. there are more immigration attorneys then immigrants.. LOL>. jk.. but there are lots and i have never heard of any that you only email with.. thats insane!

I-134 Sponsor of BENEFICIARY..
not trying to be smart.. but it is truthful
seems like each of you fill out your own form
http://www.visajourney.com/content/support
found this..
The US fiance is ALWAYS the primary sponsor, but may have a co-sponsor. If there is a co-sponsor, both the
US fiance and the co-sponsor will EACH have to fill out the affidavit I-134 or I-864 and EACH will have to provide
supporting documentation.
