juan llamo a la embajada y le recomendaron quescribiera explicando nuestro caso preferiblement desde un gmail (el habia escrito siempre desde hotmail)quizas eso influya, o sino que enviara un fax y eso fue lo que hizo hoy.... ahora nos toca seguir esperando, ya hoy es el día 29 hábiles por eso decidió enviar un fax.... ojala nos respondan pronto

si gracias a DIOS, tengo la cita para la proxima semana, voy al Dr. que fuistes, te cuentol que cuando solicite la partida de naciemiento en el registro me lo dieron en una hoja oficio claro con sus respectivos sellos,y ayer me di cuenta en el correo que nos emvio la embajada que ellos solicitan el certificado de nacimiento en papel sellado, eso sera un problema? mi partida esta legalizada pero no en pale sellado....

Thank u so much, i have both Birth Certificate , the Police Report, Unmarried Certificated those 3 documents translated from china; hope it's unecesary that i do the apostillado here in Venezuela for these 3, although, after your words, i do think about it, they are all certified from china since i' m chinese, do not have Venezuela paper, how could the Ministry apostilla documents that i took from china? but, i will deal it in Venezuela USA embassy, i'm still thinking about it......

as to the police report here, it is because i live here more than 6 months,i ll do the apostillaje when i have the interview day, since it will be valid only for 3 months. Thank u Andrea to give me more question about my papers and my situation, you're really very nice !!

It's ok! is not! I remember waiting for 3 hours at the prefectura in Caracas just to found out it was not necessary. Besides the 20000 forms you can download on the USCIS website they will only request a birth certificate and police records (must be apostillado). It doesnt have to be translated at all and I strongly suggest to get several copies cause once your fiance is here, he/she will need it again to adjust

and remember to request the medical appointment (ypu can find the panel of physicians on the embassy website) if you are in caracas, I highly recommend you Dr. Rigoberto Marcano at Santa Fe mall. Make sure to bring your vaccination card along with you cause otherwise you will have to pay to get a bunch of vaccines you probably already have

I think ill probably have to get all the vaccines again ;( because I can't find my vaccination card, I'll see what I can do about it
