He will. I think it has to be something drastic for them to deny someone. Though it does like a never ending process sometimes.

oh! hahaha When anyone enters the US on a visa its up to the sole discretion of the IO to determine if they can enter or not. My fiance was pulled into a back room at the airport where they ask you questions similar to the visa interview. Then they stamp your K1 and admit you or in some rare cases deny you.

Hmmm. When is your interview? There is some dissent on the board about how to handle this. But say you can contact the consulate in Juarez and ask them to email you a copy. Its really a form letter with your fiance's name inserted after dear. I've found that emailing them gives you the quickest and most accurate answer.

Tell me about it. My fiance and I did it sharing screens on Skype. We started late and were up until like 2:00 in the morning, telling his whole life history.

You can call the consulate; if you really want to hear an okay. But the K-1 Visa is a visa that is by invitation from the consulate. So that is the only choice. I selected that option. But I hope I'm understanding you correctly.

After we got the letter from NVC, I received the letter of invitation (packet 3). My fiance still has not received it to my knowledge. I just scanned it and emailed him a copy.
