Day of truth!
-
The medical and ASC went excellently. He said he had EVERYTHING he needed. They were sending other people out of the line to get missing papers etc. But he was ready, thanks to VJ. I really recommend reading the reviews they help tremendously. And yes, you should use your fiancee's name and information for the log-in. Tomorrow is the interview!! :-o

worrying...

Its difficult I'm told to do the ASC, medical and interview on the same day. I hope my rambling made sense. Feel free to ask me any questions along the way!

box that asks for it. You will then have the opportunity to select an appointment from a several small calendars that will appear indicating availability. Basically once you fill out the DS-260 you will have total access to setting up your appointment. It will also prompt you to set up an ASC appt. Try to schedule it a couple days before the interview, so you won't be rushing around.

Use the numbers you got from NVC to log in. They will ask you for your fiance's entire life history, so we filled it out together on Skype using the "share screen" feature. When you finish you'll get a confirmation page with a number. Print it out or convert it to a PDF and email to yourself. When you do get that number, you can go back to the visa site and enter it into the bo...

Even though I speak Spanish I did cause its easier. Click on log-in, read the info and confirm, then click "no" when the prompt asks if you have an account. You'll then set up your account until you reach a box that asks you for your DS-260 confirmation number. At this point you will need to go fill out your DS-260 to get that number. You will need to go here: http://ceac.state.gov/...

Excellent! The first thing you need to do if you haven't already is call the National Visa Center - 1-603-334-0700. You should ask for a live operator and ask them for two numbers associated with your case: the case number is on you letter, Invoice #, and beneficiary ID. Then go to the website: http://mexico.usvisa-info.com. You can switch the language to English if you want at the top ...

Interview - March 15th!

Awesome! I hope yall are excited. I know my reply is late.. and for some reason I could not actually view your whole comment that you left on my profile the other day about the ASC and BC. But about the ASC. We did the medical and ASC in the same day. Medical super early in the morning, ran on down the street for ASC ( We actually had a good amount of time waiting for the ASC.) all they did was take finger prints, picture i think... and asked for some papers ( invitation letter and confir...

Thanks for that info! Unfortunately, I will not make it with my fiance. I just went in January to my future sister-in-law's wedding so I can't afford to go back again. There is a copy of my passport in my original petition, but I didn't know if I should DHL the original BC just to be sure. The ASC is the one part of the process that I'm a little unclear on. Where do you go t...

Still waiting for packet 3...

I was beyond excited and surprised. I will definitely let you know when I get packet 3! And thanks for the heads-up about your sister. I would love to hear how everything goes for you as well.

Yeah, Vermont has surprised me! When we sent our applications, CSC was the place to be adjudicated. I was disappointed when it went to Vermont. But you should be getting yours soon! You're nearing the finish line. Wishing you two the best! Maybe the interviews will be around the same time.
