Got my interview in a little over a week. Can I just do a sense check of what I'm taking with me in terms of paperwork, and see if I'm missing anything please?!
Print out of the DS-260 confirmation (the one with the barcode on the bottom?!) Print out of the Interview confirmation email/letter Copy of my husband's most recent W2 (we had a checklist related to it, so taking it to be 100% sure) A recent police certificate and 1 x photocopy Passport pics Passport (obviously) A few bits like paypal payments between is, wedding pics, holiday pics, skype records etc. Have I missed anything?!
NVC already has original marriage certificate, original of my birth certificate.

I only heard about it for the first time when I was in for my titre tests and had my flu shot and the nurse told me, when I asked to make an appointment for my 12 year old's flu shot, that they are issuing them in nasal mist form in some of the schools so I should wait. Every day is a school day!

change is very light yet very heavy. when it is light let her carry it but when it is heavy you help her that is what marriage is about... helping each other... I am going through my change now and when i get tired of staying home (been here only 5 weeks) i get down but then i rise again and look at the big picture... i am with my loved one....which is what i need...

Being happy here is all about what you make of it. When my fiancee gets here, she will be going to gym with me, where she will meet people. She also will be getting involved in the local German community. That will help her assimilate. It's important to build a social network & you just can't do that if you always stay home. It is important to get outdoors & live life.

I wasn't going to see my husband in the USA until I flew over to move with all my belongings, but we are thinking that I might actually go and wait with him over there until we get case complete at NVC. By the looks of it I will be able to have a good month over there together (silver linings.) I'm worn out too, I know what you mean x

We're in the same boat. Getting NOA2 was an incredibly happy moment, but NVC just hasn't had the same effect. Each little step forward comes with a brief moment of relief but the feeling burns off so fast. I keep reminding myself that the end is in sight, but having gone through so much already, we're just worn out. What's keeping me going right now is the British invasion I have occurring on Monday With a little luck we may be able to mail off the IV packet together, which would be a nice way to come full circle, seeing as we mailed the I-130 together. Just can't wait to be done!
