    hello how are you ???? well i have just got to read your topic on the forum and what you stated about your husband interview and the denial...so my concern is i wanna know was that interviewer man or woman that interviewed your husband in casablanca consulate ? i may try to help ... :)

      was a woman and her Initials on my form are J.S. she was of some type of Asian decent. She was even rude to my wife on the phone and the interview lasted over 3 hours and I answered all her questions with ease. I do have solid confirmation that she was fired due to "unfair" practices. I would love some help I hope you get back to me soon. i have been living in Morocco for about 2 years now and becoming so home sick.

      well sorry for geting late to you...thank you for your answear poorman...well that lady that you stated got fired she worth that because she denied alot of cases and from them a friend of mine who got denied three times by her tow times on k1 visa and once on cr1 and they just recently got reaffirmed by the vermont...well as you stated you got NOIR and all you can do is send more evidences beside what they are asking you in the letter you will recieve from the uscis to see what they need and...

    hello i am so happy for your NOA2 so can you please tell me when you started the process with the i130 and which service was it califronia or vermont or national benifits center...i am just wondering since you are not having your timeline filled out ...thanks for advance

      i filed it oct 1, 2012 i got approve last april 19, 2013.. national benefits center is my service center...

    how are you i found your profile and i am wondering if you had as well section 221 g and ur package got back to usa as well because i had this section 221g on july 27 and i am wondering what to do so if u have any experience in this please i need some advices
