      well i am still the same as well they received my petition on oct 31 and until now no case number issued yet...so did the nvc receive your petition from the uscis or not yet? if they received it can you tell me when ?

    hello how you doing....i am wondering you got the case number and then invoice identification number for the AOS and the IV fees and even another invoice identification number for the beneficiary ? which is three defferent numbers ?

      I call every second day, case files are there ( 10-25-13) however no case number has been issued.

      oh wow they received mine on 10-31-13 and no case number yet too which i am wondering how long this would take....i heard they need to scan the petition but i am wondering too do they scan the entire petition ?

      got the invoice for AOS yesterday.. i paid the fees and overnight the AOS package

      NVC received it on Nov 21st, but they didn't do anything with it for a week and a half. They assigned the case # on monday and generated invoice yesterday.

      they got your case on oct 21 not nov 21 :) i think you mistook in that :) i am so happy for you...until now i didn't receive my case number yet ...did you receive your invoice identification number when you called the NVC or an email from the nvc?

      oh good news happy for you and as for me i didn't get my case number nor the invoice # yet i called yesterday and they told me to wait until they scan the petition which i am wondering how long this would take to be scanned...and i think this invoice # will be accompanied with an email from them when they send it to you as for the AOS

      Hello, no not yet I call every 2 days today is #11, NVCsaid it will take 12 days & up to 8 weeks for the case to get a number. But I am hopeful it will not take so long. When I am given a number, I will give the NVC our emals ect. Pay thefees ansend the rrequired papers to them. Of course wait again for a interview appointment date. O wish you well.

      hii.. not yet...NVC is slow too...Probably by the end of this week..

      I will be using electronic forms DS260 and DS261 instead of paper forms DS3032 and DS230.

    hello...i just want to ask if you emailed your DS 3032 in the same day you received your case number from NVC or how long you waited ? thanks

      Actually, you won't do any of that. All of those were replaced and you should now do the DS 260 online, but it will be a moment until you can do it. You will have to wait for the fee to be generated and accepted first. At least, this is what I'm doing.

      Based off of the information provided (which honestly isn't much), it appeared to stay at the NBC the whole time. I never saw a status change until we got our NOA2.

      Nisa and I thank you so very much for your congratulations, now the hard and longest part of this visa journey is now over. The application as far as I know stayed at the NBC the hole time. I do hope yours will be approved very soon as well.

    hello again...well i am wondering when you recieved the email as for the expedite request last time as for your petition and you got approved within 45 days...i am wondering if this expedite request made by your senator or by the ombudsman or by you ? and how you checked about it ? did you keep pushing and calling the senator and contacting the ombudsman within the 45 days of waiting or what you did ? thank you so much for any info you may provide

      Well my senator checked about the expedite request almost weekly and then after a while I got a message from USCIS saying my Alien Registration number was changed and then 15 minutes later, my approval. If any senator or representative office will check for you, it works best.

      i am march filer and i am still waiting for NOA2 since then and no news yet...did you file an expedite request for this approval or just got approved normally ? i filed I 130 marriage petition at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER USCIS

      my husband just normally sent the i-130 to chicago address... last june .... then we heard from uscis last september ... they just sent a letter of receipt with a case number ... then i keep checking it in uscis site with the status... it says now that it is approved and they send a letter to my husband... but until now my husband has not receive the letter yet... but in checking it in the uscis website ..it is in post activity and it is already approved....
