@babystef, yung IRS dika hinanapan? Yung form DS230, Hindi ka na gumawa ng bago? Ano ang hahanapin na document sa labas pa lang ng embassy?

pagpasok sa embassy ang hahanapin lang sau ay appointment letter and pasport. wala nga hinanap sakin . ni hindi ko nga nailabas sa envelope yung mga papers ko. yung pix lang talaga na 2 pages ko lang binuklat. kahit sa pre screener wala hinanap sakin..

Got denied technically... :-( Sayang for 15 years I've been waiting, hindi pala pwede ang us citizen na step mom mag petition s child na over 18 years old...Ako kasi 27 years old that time.. Kailangan pala biological parent.. My parents will appeal na lang kasi they're not aware and how come they accept the petition to us and got process in the us immigrant office kung may ganito palang batas... Eto ang appeal nila na lang and humanitarian due to my sister who'e in coma.. Anyway america is not for me i guess.. Thanks guyz for your inputs.. Madali lang interview,,, na technical lang talaga ako even the consul is too sad. Move on na lang.. :-)

dati kasi papa sched ka ng appointment pero ngayon yata, first come first served basis.

yung child under 12 years old, kahit di mo na kasama pero yung mga docs nya, kailangan din dalhin for registration.

dapat ngang hintayin yung visa bago ka pumunta ng CFO.

I'm scheduled for my interview on Nov 2. I currently have a passport, but I'm trying to have my name changed to my married name. Unfortunately my passport might not be delivered on time. Will it be ok to go through the interview without my new passport yet? Then just go back once I have my new passport?

Anyone who had to go through same situation?

i dont think they will allow you to go to ur interview without your passport. before you go inside the embassy premises, they will get your appointment letter together with ur passport because they will going to put a sticker on it and once you are called for interview, you will leave it to the interviewer. it is much better to have ur passport wid you before your scheduled interview..gudluck!

how long does he stay in america?

tapos konting buklat lang sa photo albums namin sabay sabi nya, well i guess your visa is approved kindly go to window 72 or 73 to complete the process..that's it! nacutan siguro sa anak ko kasi panay kaway ng anak ko sa kanya hehehe..tapos nagmammadali ng umuwi anak ko kaya sabi nya sa anak ko you're in a hurry okey you can go now..nag babay anak ko, nag babay din sya nakakatuwa. wala pang 5 mins yunf interview sakin. mas matagal pa nga ko sa pre screening eh. pero ni isang docs wala ako nailabas, pics lang..hay thank you Lord, visa na lang hintayin ko..thanks talaga sa tulong nyo at prayers, pay back time naman, ako naman magdasal para sa inyo..

I respect your opinion...but I am saying this based on what happened to me because I brought with me the old xray films from 2006 up to June of this year and they did not bother to look at it.The films showed inactive ptb.

me too i had my xray one month before i have my nedical like what you said they didnt bother to look at it. Eventhough we had a clear xray way before the medical took place, it doesn't matter. What matters is their findings on your xray done only in SLEC. I asked them why i had a spot wherein i am physically fit?She told me that their radiologist were trained for that and anything they saw something suspicious will undergo the sputum and culture test. Its a long wait but we can't do something about it but obey..dont worry, time flies easily you will never know ur done with the culture test..gudluck

Also, kapag kahina hinala yung mga scenario about you and the petitioner, don sila madaming tanong.

Pero other than that, wala na.

Para ka lang kumain sa fastfood, hehehe.

Kung ano lang ang tanong, yun lang ang sagot.

Wag mo na pahabain yung mga sagot.

Minsan kasi, don nagkaka problema yung iba.

Relax ka lang, papasa kayo. Kung tiwala ka sa sarili mo na totoo lahat ang sinulat mo sa mga application papers ninyo, wala ka dapat ikabahala. GBU. Kadalasan mga bumabagsak yung mga sinungaling. Di nila alam mas mahusay mga consul.

oo nga po eh..kaya kadalasan dito lang ako pumupunta kasi napapanatag ako sa mga words of encouragement nyo. isa pang reason kaya gusto ko na rin matapos to opara magkaalaman na..if evr na bumagsak pala wat will happen?mag reapply ulit?

no, not tourist. Immigrant visa sila. magkahiwalay kasi ang Immigrant visa interview sa tourist. sobrang nakakapang hina when you see someone get denied and you feel really nervous tuloy.

hi rixx congrats to u..i also got nervous when some of the immigrant visas were denied..me too i am having my interview in the 13th..hope i passed it..

3 years ba mga anak mo? Magdala ka nang coloring books, talagang matagal maghintay baka mainip sila. I hope payagan ka rin magdala ng kendi, at mga mumurahing toys na bago para excited pa sila.

Bigyan kita ng kunting tip. Pag pasok mo sa loob ng consul, batiin mo ng "How are you" with a smile. Dito sa US malimit yung bati na yan at parang sign of respect. Hope it helps.

oipo 3 years old na makululit..ganun na nga lang gagawin ko. bumuli na nga ako ng mga coloring books kanina para sa pagpunta namin dun meron sila gagawin okey lang daw magdala ng formula milk kasi bata pa naman sila. may mga food daw sa loob ng embassy pero for sure ginto ang halaga nun.

susukatin kasi yung part na nainjectionan..kapag lumagpas sa 10 mm ata yun, it means positive sya sa TST. xray agad ang kids..may kasama ako nun yung mama ko pero ang hirap kasi isa lang ang aloowed na pumasok. sobrang higpit nila dun. eh dalawa pa naman ang kids ko kasi kambal sila. gudluck balitaan mo kami sa medical nyo..
