  1. My wife passed her test this morning! :) My wife appeared to have one of the more serious looking interviewers but he didn't give her any trouble. He only asked her 5 questions...

What is one promise you make when you become a United States citizen?

Who is the governor of your State now?

What movement tried to end racial discrimination?

Where is the Statue of Liberty?

    Name two national U.S. holidays?

She had to speak the following sentence:

Who lives in the White House?

Then she responded "The President and his family lives in the White House"...

    Then he asked to write:

The President lives in the White House.

Overall it was a fairly painless operation. We arrive 35 minutes before her scheduled time, but they made us wait 5 minutes before we were allowed to check her in. After checking in, we maybe waited about 20 minutes before the interviewer called our number. My wife was in the back interview area for about 25-30 minutes.

She was very happy when she came out to me waiting. :) We can't believe it's almost over!

Hopefully we don't have to wait too long for her to take the Oath. Have you heard anything yet Rogperdiaz or Ryna?

    congrats

  2. HI Guys

I had my interview today (05/27/16) in the morning at 11.00 am. I have passed the test and it says you will be notified when and where to report for the oath ceremony.

The interview duration was around 30 mints. The IO asked about : who applied for my immigration, my foreign trips and tax returns, marriage and about the application.

    The six question was:

    1. What is the freedom of religion?

    2. Name a state that has border with mexico?

    3. The last date of tax return?........

The she asked me to read a question.

Then she asked me to write down..." We pay taxes."

Wish you guys good luck with your N-4000 process.

    Thx

  5. Hey congrats Happy for you:) Can i ask you how long did your whole process took? Which center was your case assigned to? In how long did you receive your NOA2? Thanks in advance for replying!

thanks ...Atif & Sana. I applied on june 21, 2011 and interview took place on sept 24, 2013. it almost 2 yrs 3 months long journey. my case was assigned into vermont service center and my NOA2 was on April 04, 2013. it took nearly 22 months to approve the file. VSC was verr slow with F2A at that time. they they are approving very fast, i guess.

    good luck on ur journey.
