Had the best anniversary ever....hubby woke me up to a bouquet of roses and reserved a matrimonial suite in Santiago and treated me for dinner. Soooooo happy : ) : ) : )

So.....now they want his vaccines done, and an original BC. Talk about busting balls! Oh well, tmrws agenda: VACCINATIONS! No sweat...bring it baby!

Sorry I havent posted anything...I was very upset.......So the idiots at the consulate after making me wait 3 months under admin process decide to send me a letter for Christmas saying that my petition was being returned back because the interview revealed that my marriage was entered exclusively for the purpose of obtaining a visa!!!!! Oh HOW I HATE THE CONSUL IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC!!!!!!! why make me wait 3 months?? why send that letter for...

The day has come!!!!! Hours away from seeing my man!!! = ) = ) .......If I dont get to come back on here before this year ends, I wish you all a very happy new year, may God bring many blessings and happiness to all. Happy New Years everybody!!!

I was just reading a post in the main forum....what a reality check it gave me. While we feel sorry for ourselves, there's a beneficiary in the Philippines who is digging through mud from a recent flood for her lost evidence for the interview. Soo sad. We could have it much worse;(

Got the medical exam envelope, checked in to a hotel, resting a little since I've only slept for 3 hours out of 36....and prepping for tmrw

Today we received his welcome letter but still no green card :/

Leaving tomorrow night.....this has been weekend from hell. Now I have strep throat. Doing a last minute check to make sure I have all my papers.
