My case is back at USCIS.. Now they have to make a decision to either affirm the consulate's decision or disagree adn force the consulate to review the petition.. Hopefully I will know somethign this week...

It is true what they say patience is a virtue. Patiently waited, the day finally arrived. I received great news. Our I-130 petition has been approved!! Yeyyy! Ahora comienza lo bueno.

19 after first notification from NVC and my case is complete. Thank you God!...now just waiting on interview date hoping for sept/october :-)
