another question...he just takes his passport, the photos, the email we received from the NVC regarding the time and date of the cita and his cedula?? The embassy doesn't send him anything separate???

does anyone know the exact correct size for photos for the medical in the dominican as well as for the consulate? Someone who's done the process recently?

Well...it looks like I have no choice. K3 it is. NVC screwed up, apologized a million times, but now since its already at the SD Embassy...its too late to do the CR1
