After reading your post again, I got to the conclusion that you have no grounds here to try to fix things. You have lost the essential factors in a relationship, "trust and respect". You lost your trust in her and she lost respect in you. Without these two, you will only get deeper and deeper in this relationship and will only keep suffering. Forget about her (she is not worth it and you deserve better) and try to reconstruct your life. We all know by your post that you love her but it is better now than 5 or 10 years from now. Nobody has died of love.

Please listen to what others are saying. Do not fall for this trap. I would suggest you to be smart as her current husband, he probably rejected to petition her green card and all of the sudden she regrets marrying him. Do you follow me here? He refused to apply for her GC and now she thought of plan B(YOU). Don’t do it, you will regret it your entire life. But again, only you can make that decision. God bless you in your decision.

Sounds to me that the OP is taking decisions for what we all would consider an adult woman. If this woman would have desired to make an abortion, she would have done it a long time ago. In conclusion, OP do not push her or encourage her to get rid of her child simply because you are being selfish and not thinking with your brain. If you don't accept her with her child, then cut your loses and move on but don't do anything that you and her will regret for the rest of your lives. PLEASE tell her not to make an abortion, save the life of a 6 month baby and I assure you that you will feel much better and will leave in peace for the rest of your life. GOD BLESS and protect that baby and hope that this woman will take responsibility for her actions and will make the right decision.

Lets face reality here. We all know that Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islans, etc. are US territories BUT why risk it when you can avoid it. If you are smart enough and went through all the pain and sacrifice to get your K1 visa, the waiting for your GC is worth the wait to avoid the slightest chance to get into any immigration problem. Yes, we all agree that it shouldnt be any problem at all going to any US territory but not everyone interprets immigration laws the way it is suppose to be, specially immigration officers. . Don't risk it my friend.

What is it with you bro? You are such a rude person. Be respectful to other people. NO ONE has any fault on why you waited so long for your NOA2. Some people have more luck than others. Maybe if you are a more respectful and humble person, the lord will be kind to you and your process will go quicker. Don't forget you are not alone here, we are all on the same boat. I work for the Federal Gov.t and I can tell you that USCIS is the worst federal agency. I am a friend of a top USCIS official in DC and I asked for help but not even him could help to expedite my process, so relax and try to be happier person.
