I'm actually the beneficiary and we're still waiting for our case number from NVC right now ouffff...they're just so slow like a snail in assigning the number, so, i see that u've already got urs there...??

he makes around 45k last year, do you think it's gonna be best if we find a co sponsor? he would like to put his assets on it, but that would be complicated i guess since he's gonna have include his mortgage info etc..? i don't really understand about this kind of stuff and my husband doesn't either and that would be a great help if you would help us out on this thanks

My husband is preparing the AOS form and documents right now. He's not so confident on giving out his 2008 & 2009 tax transcript because he's a self employed and he just started his business in 2008 that's why he didn't make good money during the first 2 years. Do you think that wouldn't cause an issue if he only send his 2010 tax...

was wondering where my NOA2 was yesterday, just checked on USCIS website this morning and it's still under RFE Response Review, 30 minutes later, it's changed into Post Decision Activity and its APPROVED!! hahahaha.... thanks god...

come on...don't give up Lori! actually there's not much that we all can do here but praying n praying and i'm always praying that this process will be over soon and i'm praying the same thing to you...hope ur gonna get good news from USCIS one of these days :-)

have to use his assets. Do you think this is gonna give an issue? he has a house 200k worth and a house in hawaii 60k worth. Does he need to get the notarization or stuff for this?

We're still far from NVC stage but we would to prepare this ahead of time...

My husband is a self employed, he put 'single' on his 2010 tax since we just got married last jan 2011, he earns pretty good money last year but not so good in 2009 & 2008, so i think he's gonna have...

I'm praying ur gonna get news soon, I just talked to a singaporean from februari filler, and she got her approval last june 10, same date as i get my RFE...just hang in there Lori, yours will come soonnnnn!!

Oh yes dear, i hope you're gonna get the update soon, but the good thing is that they're reviewing february filler right now

I just checked on USCIS website last nite, well, there's no approval yet for me nor for my kids, but at least the status has changed into RFE lol i'm a bit anxious about what they might request while my husband he sounds very excited about this RFE...well anyway, we won't know yet what documents do they need from us until we get the hard copy.

Just checked on my status on USCIS, and it changed! i thought it was an approval lol but i was wrong! it was a RFE! good thing is that at least sso looked at on our case. Curious now about which documents they requested :/
