      i have my fiancee in manado. how did you do your process? did you use lawyer or firm? also does my fiance have to travel to jakarta for medical or will they assign someone near her?

    OH YEAH BABYYYYYYYYYY...i won't know my interview date until next month which is next weekkkkk!! and who knows they kindly put me in late October list :D since i'm a patient and nice woman lol

      Are you ready for your interview yet?

      I am doing good.. Got case number last week, paid all the fees. submitted the agent form, AOS package and today the IV application package.. now..just waiting to see what happens. Hope all is well with you.

      Hi icha, did you have to translate birth certificate before you go to interview? How soon did you get medical, how soon before interview?

    ASNIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII....oh yeah baby, i got a CC today by email! alhamdulillah, phew, finally it's over, next step is getting an interview date! but unfortunately, it is impossible for us to get October list, the OP told him they might put me in mid Nov list :D I'm so excited!!

    yeah...they asked for my husband's business license, i thought they don't bother at all with it since we submitted joint sponsor's docs ;( but the good thing is, it is ok if we only send the pay stubs (my husband lost his business license arggghh)hopefully we can send the requested doc by tomorrow ;) bismillah...

    on the 1st checklist they asked us to send a new I-864 form with corrected biographic information and household size and my husband's business license (we're still working on it arggghh) while on the new one, they didn't ask for anything *my son's name already been corrected* i emailed them his passport biographic page last friday) they only asked for the 1st page of IV form..wo...

How's ur interview preparation? can't wait huh ;p I just received a checklist for my case from nvc this morning *i didn't know if nvc office is open on Sunday hmmmm...* asking us to send asap the aos checklist which already delivered 9 days ago! while for my son's case, they emailed us a new checklist which the content is different from the first on...

      I'm doing great! just delivered the docs that they requested last tuesday, wish to hear something by this week but no more checklist pleassseeee...we fed up with it already lol if i may look the timeline, most of indonesian members get their interview date 2 weeks since CC but i don't know for sure. Oh you are? my husband was thinking of flying over here to visit me too! but i suggested him to be more a little bit patient because i'm sure and certain that we will hear some...

    ouff..thanks god finally i got case# for my child but they can not give an invoice number yet since the petitioners birth date doesn't correspond the one in the sytem! woot! they need few days to review it arggghh...

      Thanks Icha! That's crazy NVC is going pretty slow, maybe they are too overwhelmed! One of the fellow VJer from Singapore is still waiting for her NVC no too :S Let's hope this week will be a good week for you :)

      we were approved at the same date, July 7th, i got my case# on August 4th, still nothing for my kid until now :( they said they've already got his file with them since 3 days ago and they're working on it, whatever! lol we haven't paid the IV Fee Bill yet, waiting for my kid's case# first to continue the process! argggggg...it's getting close already though :(
