I didnt know we need the biometric for EAD i thought its only for AOS, but the tier 2 did confirm that it was aprroved and we should wait for some kind of approve letter , i need to call them again on the 5th of augs since they wont do anything about my case until my service request is up..
But your I-765 can't be approved before legitimate Biometric Appointment. You should have called Customer's Service Information Desk to get your confusion eradicated.
