Hey Guys I thought Id share with you that our first born son has arrived as of yesterday September 13 2011 @ 11:30AM GMT+3 in Russia. He is healthy ans crying quite a bit. Thanks for all your support. Next up NOA2 for us. Pretty exciting month!!! Dont lose hope its coming soon for all of us.

With the approval of two people from VSC for the month of May, Im really excited and think we might get approved prior to my trip to Russia. Crossed Fingers as the misses would say. Im expecting all of us to post any news of approval as they start to come in. GO VSC!!!! RAWR

Hello Everybody, Im preparing the miscellaneous documents for post NOA2 Approval to take with me to Russia when im going in september and Ive run into a bit of a snuff. If I didnt work in the 2010 fiscal year but I currently make enough now how can I show that I am able to support her using the affadavit of support if i need w2s from 2010?

Hey Everybody...You know whats funny....I dont even realize the time is passing by. I get to see my baby, and mother of my future son in 60 days. Im so excited. Good luck to everybody. God bless all of us with positive results. Dont worry bout it, just live life and the time will pass. Months will turn to weeks, weeks to days and before you know it the woman/man you love will be in your arms. Keep your head up and dont fret. Take care all of you. PEACE!!!

yeah i just called the information line for state department...and they said if the child is getting a passport which he is he must be there. The misses isnt happy about this because during the time she will give birth it will be winter time in russia T_T nothing we can do though if we have plans for her to be here in December.

Does the baby need to be present at the interview schedule at the US embassy? Just curious thanks.

Also, I looked at the stats from this time last year and it sped up also around the same time and kept going through summer. May Filers last year was approved on average in 3 months no later than August for most I saw. And remind a few months before that it was also at the limit til 5 just like we are noticing with people that filed back in our say December 2010.

So I hope all that is hopeful to hear.

That would be great if I went to Russia and received an email saying she was approved before the baby was born. man oh man. I would love for her to be here for new years eve and Christmas and thanksgiving.

Do they send them to service centers based on where the petitioner lives, or is it random?

SuPrincessa dont worry your govt has installed precautions against such things. Only a sociopath would endure 3 years of waiting just to con you. You can tell when someone has true intentions or not. pay attention to the words that they say and their actions. Good luck

Received the Noa1 in the mail today.

We sent our package out on the 11th. It arrived in Texas on the 13th. Received the confimation email on the 18th

Thats so strange we sent ours on the 11th and it arrive in texas on the 13th our check was cashed but no NOA1 text/email. I hope I remembered to put the email notification thingy in there. Im checking now. T_T

i know a couple was sent was received the 5th check was cashed but no noa as of yet

Yeah I have verification that they cashed my check via my bank but still no NOA1 and it is almost 4 business days since the check was cashed. Hope it comes soon...in the mean time I will go and play some soccer and call the wife to get it off my mind.

I just mailed my K-1 package on 5/13 and my check was cashed on 5/19 so I'm expecting my NOA1 this week
