The AVR says it 7/20, so how long until I can log into the web site and pay my fee

Our case was entered into the system 7/21. We have case number and IIN. My wife sent 3032 email today. Is it too soon? If yes how do we know when it can be sent. If not we just wait for email response from them?

Call them and they can correct it, I misspelled my wife's name on I-130 and they corrected it

I am confused because a & C are the same thing and if you add them up you get three? How should it be?

I had uscis approval on same date and they still don't have my case and uscis website is not updated
