  1. I just came home from a holiday visiting my wife and yes yes yes we got NOA2.

I am confused what is qualifying date? I saw something on NVC website about it.

Also how can I do things as quickly as possible? I saw somw guide with some shortcuts?

It will go through Warsaw embassy. Will they send me package with documents and 864?

We want to collect as much before as we can. I think we need the following:

How do I find NVC case number? The number on 797 form is same as number of NOA1 form?

    DS-230

3032 (can I send by email and how)?

Original long brith certificate (not translated)

Copy of biographic pages of passport.

    Medical certificate

    Police certificate.

Any help if appreciated and any way to speed things as well.

    Thanks

  2. I'm good how about you?? Thanks for the info:)

Where in Poland are you staying? I cant wait till I leave already! I hope I get my interview soon as possible :)

I will go to where Justyna lives (Aleksandrov - near Lodz) we will have a wedding party with her family then go to Zakopane for a week and Wieliczka and Krakow, then come back to Aleksandrow and visit.

I hope your case goes quickly. I see people are getting approved who filed same time as me now.

  3. Hi all:)

Can anybody tell me how long does it take the nvc review aos and iv papers and schedule the appointment at Warsaw embassy? Maybe some Polish vj members that went through the process can help me.

Or is there a website I can check that at?

    Hi Gosia,

How are you? Only thing I found you can go at the top to immigration timeline, CR1, and filter by country. Latest entries from Poland were a year ago and who knows how quickly they filled forms etc... But it appears 3-4 months was average. You can take a look.

BTW I am leaving Wed. for Poland, I can't wait.

  4. Good to hear, thanks, I was a little worried when I read it.

The age difference is no problem. The USCIS will not hold the age dufferebce against you.

My wife and I are 25 years apart in age. That may sound like a big number to you but their are couples with 35 years ages differences. My wife just got her Visa approved last Friday. Age difference was never mentioned during the interview. She is 34 and I am 59.

    Good luck
