  1. Poland. I wish I could offer some advice. After the first denial I contacted senators from my state. On the second denial I wrote to the person in charge at the embassy explaining that we wish for her to some her and see America etc.. and that it is difficult for us to go to Poland with a 1 year old baby.

  2. The same thing happened to my wife's mom when she was pregnant she wanted her to be here and they denied and my wife's country is not high fraud and we did everything legit for my wife's immigration. We did contact senators here and they wrote letters and the embassy responded with pretty much this is our decision. We reapplied like 3 months later denied again. Then we reapplied last summer and the visa was granted, nothing changed with my wife's mom. She is here now enjoying a 2 month visit and will return home. Damned illegals make problems for us people who follow the rules

I completely agree eliminate any adjustment on B2 visa! If you decide to get married you can go home and wait the process out just like many of us have done

  3. I doubt 2 hours will be long enough. In Chicago after you go through passport control and they process your packet, you have to go on a small train from terminal 5 to terminal 3 then go through security. I have made this trip many times, my wife is from Poland (Aleksandrow near Lodz).

Can you take the 12 pm flight from Warsaw that comes to Chicago around 3:30?

  4. People will tell you to show proof thay she will return, like job contract, documents showing owning property bank account, then other people will come and say none of that proves she will return, so you can't win. It is just up to that person interviewing. My wife's mom got a visa on 3rd try.

  5. The only thing about US citizenship I detest is the never ending taxes a citizen has to pay till they die lol (even taxes on social security smh). Other countries compared to the US pay just about 20% of the taxes the US pay...but then, comparing it to the benefits to be derived from it, I believe it is all worth it too.

Other countries pay 20% of the taxes the US pay? This is not true. Citizens of most other countries pay quite a bit more

  6. There's some discussion about whether poppy seeds can trigger a false positive, as well.

Either way, I would think you could get a second test on your own. If it comes up negative, with such a small interval between tests, you could potentially question the validity of the first test. This is all hypothetical though. I have absolutely no clue if it could work.

    Not for THC
