You can petition your mom to immigrate (get a green card) really easily, with no wait for visa numbers. If you petition her now she can get an immigrant visa in about a year. But that's not what you asked.
hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii !!! today they stanped the visa on my passport finally, after a year of wait and patience !!! God!! cannot believe I`m we are done, me and honey, with all of that !!!
they gave me a visa wich it expire after 6 months?? will I get a residence of two years once I`m in the states or what? I don`t understand well that point!!
also, does it matter how much money I`m taking with me to the states, big or low amount I mean, does homeland security will care about that???
