      We wanted it sooner but couldn't afford the massive ticket price so had to settle for 2 weeks. After a year's worth of waiting what is two more weeks?! :) And yes, wedding plans are in the works, something small and as soon as possible! Thanks all for your warm thoughts! Bless You!

    2 MONTHS NOW IN ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING..THIS IS TOO DEPRESSING!

      I am familiar with this feeling. I kept telling myself that even when I went to request a Visa to get into Pak, it took them 6 weeks to process it. Keep your chin up and try to be positive. I know it is hard but endurance is worth it! We were on AP 64 days.

    Our Visa was issued today!!!!! :) I am freaking out and can't control the tears!

      Thank you so very much everyone! The news came a week shy of our 1 year mark for beginning this process. We endured and we held onto each other but most of all we grew together. I love this man and so happy for our upcoing future! For those of you still waiting, keep the faith! I would have been lost without prayer! HUGS to all! :)

    Called DoS this morning and they said that our Visa Processing is complete and to call back Friday for further details. Praying he gets an email or phone call from Embassy before Friday! :) Praying sooo hard that our time has come!

    I attended Jummah today and offered my very 1st namaz. I carried a prayer in my heart for me and my family. I wore the dress my fiance bought for me in Islamabad and I felt soo pretty. May everyone have a blessed weekend.

    I do my best in life to keep my negative comments, arguments and opinions to myself. I try to rise above. But this week is my time with my fiance and daughter. My loved ones are coming together with us to celebrate a really important time in our life. If you show opposition to our relationship or just don't like me in general. Show some class and keep it to yourself until next week. Thanks.

    10 days until the wedding. We're really excited and can't wait to enjoy this time with our loved ones. He's been here 6 weeks, and not rushing the wedding has been a great choice. There is no hurry in forever. So happy!
