    Can we leave US to get married after she comes on K1 Visa? In other words after she comes in with K1 visa, if we leave US for a week to get married in Cancun do we have any difficulty coming back as a married couple? We plan to do this well within the 90 day after she arrives.

      My finace and I wanted to do the same thing but after reading the information quickly realized it would be a bad and sad mistake. So we are going to take a cruise on our 1st Anniversary instead. :) Take Care and stay state side!

    Just finished opening up presents with my fiancee and I must say that it feels great having her get all the attention for being our new member in the family. We did not expect her to get so many presents. Stay positive for those that are still waiting to be reunited I know its hard but have faith in God

      Don't let this get you down. I recommend calling for instruction on what exactly they are needing since it sounds like you provided them a whole bunch of stuff already. Something is missing so, again, call and find out what they specifically need. Then go for it! Sometimes RFE's get turned around almost as quickly as they recieve a response. Good Luck and keep your chin up!!

    NO NOA2 or REF...today is our 5 month on filing. Our congressman's office is contacting California Service center today and will get back to us with inshallah an update.....wish us luck and please keep us in your prayers.
