    is it possible to have the medical at st lukes with out the Case number yet?

      call NVC everyday...coz after 5 days we got our case number...but they will tell you to give them 20 working days..

      no....case number is important...you have to put it in SLMEC form

    Finally got my NBI after all the headache due to my namesake! Remark: No Record on File! Ready for my IV Packet! My NBI name format is like this (Maiden Name, Married Name, First Name, Mother's Maiden Name). Ganito rin ba un sa inyo mga IR-1/Cr-1?
