US Immigration from Zimbabwe

Last year, my wife and I traveled back to her home country and returned to the US with her passport with her maiden name, green card with her married name, and a copy of our marriage certificate and had no problems re-entering the US. I was wondering if anyone has done that this year, under the new president administration, if there's been any issues re-entering with mismatched last names on the passport and green card.

Hello good people! i put in my renewal late and now they ate telling me it will be treated as a new initial application so What are my chance of getting my EAD any time soon? i do have 2 small children to which I'm their soul provider for their everyday needs right now so with me not having my EAD its very difficult right now to sastain.

Wondering if you guys can help me. I am about to submit an i-130 petition for my mother . Looking at my birth certificate i noticed that it shows her name with a first, middle and last name. The first name is one that she was given at baptism at a catholic school but was not official (Rebecca).when she had me and applied for my certificate she put that name (Rebecca) as the first name and then her official name (Brenda) and last name (Thomas), so my birth certificate shows mothers name as Rebecca Brenda Thomas. Rebecca is a nickname that school friends used and she went by that . Not sure why she put it on my birth certificate!

Her own birth certifccate says her birth name Brenda Thomas, so does her passport.

What can i submit with the i-130 to show it's the same person?

I filed my change of status and l realised l put a wrong document how do I delete and put a new one

I'm filling out my affidavit of support and I'm on page 4 where it wants me to calculate my household size.

It says:

- Enter the number of persons you are sponsoring (just sponsoring my wife, so that's 1)

- Yourself (that's 1)

- If you are married enter 1 for your spouse (that's 1)

Then it adds up to 3, but really it's only 2 people.

Which one do I leave empty, so I have the correct number of people?
