US Immigration from Venezuela

The US Embassy in Bogota had a live feed today on Facebook and stated they would not be doing any K-1 visa's unless it was a life or death situation, and that they are still closed....:(

So our situation is my fianc got stuck here while visiting under a B1/B2 Tourist Visa and at this point we are debating just getting married, filing for AOS and rolling the dice. We are still waiting for the Embassy to open to set up our K-1 Interview and our paperwork is being held at the NVC. My other issue is I filed to extend her Tourist Visa in June and heard crickets so far. I can t risk her being here more then 6 months as an overstay which is fast approaching. So I found out through my company I could add her to my medical as a domestic partner, but they are saying where I live Georgia requires a SS# or TIN# for her to be listed as a beneficiary or add her to my medical. Well we haven t even filed for a Green Card so how is that supposed to happen? Anybody else run into this?

Does anyone have experience with the process of requesting an expedited k1 approval request for "urgent humanitarian" reasons? Currently my wait time has been just over 4 months, and I assume another 4 months of waiting I should have NOA2 approval. My fiance is venezuelan and there many crises that cannot be helped there by me sending hundreds of dollars such as total lack of gasoline, propane, and staple foods, as well as threat of societal riot and rampant crime. These issues have been present for a decade but the world financial/pandemic crisis has brought it to an extreme level these past 6 months. But on the other hand, I believe the Bogota embassy hasn't started processing post NOA2 K1's so the expedited approval may not help in my case. If it will help my case, what sort of evidence and arguments do I need to make for the request?

Has anyone had their interview in Bogot ' embassy this year (2020)?

My now wife from Venezuela has her two children here in USA. We only filed her I-130 months ago. Ready to file all other forms. Question is how many 944

and 864 forms do we need to file because her children are 14 and under of age. And why does this have to be so confusing? Any how we now have her children's I-130's ready and all I-485's ready.

Just need to know about the public charge forms. How many? one of each for each?
