Hi everybody, hope you all are staying safe and healthy, My case just changed from waiting for interview to be scheduled, to Interview was scheduled, since I'm not able to see yet for when it was scheduled, in current times, pandemic, snow storms, etc. how long does it take to actually receive the USCIS letter with the appointment date? Many Thanks for your inputs.

Got the official approval notice today (Form I-797). Reading the small print it says "it has been noted this is your second approved I-129F petition and as such, your information has been entered in a multiple visa petition tracking database." (Just above the bolded statement THIS IS NOT A VISA) Is this a common mistake? Is it worth making an effort to correct this or should I leave it be? Neither myself nor my fiance have ever filed an i129f before.

Does anybody know if filing for an ITIN# (Form W7) for my spouse will effect filing for AOS for a Green Card? We are just getting ready to also file the AOS. It says on the W7 "don't submit this form if you have, or are eligible to get a US social security number". We are not eligible to get a SSN until we actually have a Green card so I am hesitant to file for the ITIN# to file for 2020 taxes.

I am honestly going crazy. The Ecuadorian Embassy filed a request to transfer my fiancee's case from Bogota to Guayaquil nearly 4 months ago and Bogota refuses to do anything about it. I've sent them multiple emails over the last months and they never reply. I can't get through to anyone when I call. Why is the Colombia Embassy so terribly inefficient compared to Ecuador? What can I possibly do to get someone's attention?

Looking to file a I-130 for both my parents. They have their Marriage Certificate. My Mother has has her Birth Certificate. My father does not have his Birth Certificate. What can be done for his not having his Birth Certificate? They will be interviewing in Colombia. Thank you so much..
