US Immigration from Tunisia

Is it impossible now to speak with a rep? My question hasn t been answered here, and I get stuck in the automated system when calling USCIS. Have they made it impossible to actually talk to an officer?

I am the USC. My wife is waiting to remove conditions. She has her temporary green card.

I have a job offer to work as a DoD contractor in Germany. Whether I accept it or not largely hinges on my wife s immigration status in the US. In short, can anyone tell me what our options are?

I know for US military members and government civilians, there are exemptions, but I m not sure if those exemptions apply to government contractors. Can someone please help? Thank you.

I know USCIS lists exemptions to where time abroad can count towards a US resident s time before filing for citizenship. I know working as a soldier or direct government worker applies, but what if you are a contractor working for a government agency? Does the exemption still apply, meaning she could come with me and not risk forfeiting her application to remove conditions?

I m a us citizen.. I would like to bring mom from Africa .. is the process easy? How long it will take to get the green card?

I got a message from USCIS says that my case was transferred from Potomac to Texas, then the CSR said that their sys still showing Potomac.
