US Immigration from Tunisia

Hello. My Tunisian husband and I applied for the CR-1 in October. We received the NOA1 and it was sent to Nebraska. We are waiting to hear back about the next steps and interview

we really want my husband to attend my brothers wedding in March in America. We know we won t have the interview and be approved by then. So can we apply for the tourist visa to America while we are waiting? I see it may look sketchy. Has anyone does this or have advice. Tunisia is giving tourist visas now.

so we filed our i-130 and got the NOA1

WHEN FILING THE I-129F the k3 visa ;

-do we need to answer the question about circumstances of in person meeting?

-do we need to send all the evidence we uploaded with the i-130 or just the i-130 NOA1 , i-129f , passport photos and nationality proof?

I wonder why NVC is always asking for the W2 , 1099 or 1040 while we submitted The IRS tax transcripts ?

So should we put the original file and it's translation+certification on the same pdf . Or we should do separate pdfs for each the original and it's translation?

So as the title suggests , we are filing the from I-130 ONLINE from abroad and we need some help ; any answers would be very appreciated:

1- where in the online application do we mention that we are filing from abroad , aside from the address section (my wife moved here to get married and await the visa process together)

2- for the supporting document and their translations ; do we do multiple separate PDFs of each file or we can group some of the same type (like wedding expenses ... ) in one file and all the translations too

3- the part where you have to upload a document in the foreign alphabet ; does it it have to be an official document or any typed document could do?

4-should we include a timeline of our relationship ? we met ONLINE . and if so how detailed should it be?

5-is it any use to upload long , i mean LONG supermarket receipts , without translation ? it has like 100 items in french tho , and it shows a large sum of money , as house furniture expenses...
