Hello everyone. I was wondering if someone of you might have the information that i need regarding the service center. Do I pick the service center or is it picked for me once I send my package. I live in Chicago. I am making my table of contents page and I was told I must put the address where my file will go. Does anyone have some information regarding this topic.? Did anybody go through a process of filing a complaints against NVC/Embassy? Can you share you experience? Any advice?

I want to file couple of complaints (detailed below) and I want it to be as effective as possible by leveraging other's advice/experience.

1. Embassy ignoring emails.

2. NVC / Embassy IV procedure does not protect the Petitioner's sensitive and confidential data. Someone smart enough could easily get easily get access to the petitioner SSN, name, address ,, all the stuff the do an identity theft.

I filed IV for my parents ( I am USC).

I have questions I did not find answers for and the embassy is not responding to my emails after waiting > 2 weeks. I will greatly appreciate it if someone can help with following question?

1. Do we need to provide the original birth certificates we filed with NVC or we have to pull new ones? I am asking because in Tunisia the birth certificate expires in 3 months (it sounds stupid but it is true, I think this is because birth certificate includes other stuff like marital status)
2. Do we need to pull new birth certificates for the applicants' children or expired ones are ok? I am asking for the same reason as (1)
3. The children for both applicants (my parents) are the same, do we need to provide double of the original birth certificates per each child (one for my Mum's file and one for my Dad's file) or one birth certificate is enough?

I would like to travel to USA to visit to my brother.. so I want to apply for a tourist visa at the us embassy in Tunisia.. from your experiences or from what you have heard, is it easy to get a visa approved? Does the co and interview can Any impact on the decision regardless of how powerful the paperwork are? Thanks
