Hello Guys.! Hope you are all doing great. Quick question here. I am getting my self familiarized with the procedures of the CR1 visa. I got married in Tunisia and currently getting my file together to send it. i was reading the instructions Of the I-130 and it says "Who may not file form I-130?" ...... reading down the list it says "  "number #5. A. You are now a naturalized U.S. citizen; " ..... I was not born an American. I was naturalized and became an American citizen in 2016 through my mother. Does this mean that I can NOT make use of this type of visa for my foreign spouse living in Tunisia?. Can someone help me out please with this doubt.? thank you so much in advanced.

You forgot to read the word “UNLESS”. This change all the meaning.

5. A spouse, if you gained lawful permanent resident status through a prior marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, unless:
A. You are now a naturalized U.S. citizen;

So, yes, you can file for your spouse
