US Immigration from Tunisia

Hello everyone,

I am a US citizen and would like to have my Mother and Brother visit me here in the US from Tunisia what would be the fastest way, BTW my brother works for an accounting company and my Mother is almost 60 years old and taking care of my dad and family things all together...

a while back my brother applied for a B1/B2 visa and got denied and was never given the reason for his denial.. So I wanted to try again but have my Mom be with him just to have them understand that he has no interest in over staying in the US because he has ties back home and coming to help my mom during her flights etc...

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone please guys tell me what I have to do, bcuz on the AoS they mentioned a medical form called I693 , does that mean that I should do a medical exam in the us bcuz I already have my vaccination worksheet DS-3025 which I did it overseas ?

what do I need to do to bring him over?

hiw long does it take for him to get the visa?

he s old , is it possible for him to travel with my sister as a companion since he can t speak English ?

my parents don t make enough money to qualify for a tourist visa to the USA and I was wondering how can I help them get a tourist visa to come see me here. I make good money and I was wondering if that can help them show it as proof to get approved for tourist visa?

He was in a relationship with his ex for couple months but he broke up with her coz they didn t get along together

He met another girl and after few months she came over and and they just start the k1 application

now his ex got mad and she send a letter to the uscis accusing him of immigration fraud.. it s bizarre

would this has any impact on the k1 application
