So after going through the form I130 a hundred times before we submitted it online, we opened the pdf file that gets saved on your uscis account after submitting the form and paying the fees and we found two mistakes that we re 100% sure we didn t make because we were so careful when filling and we went through it a lot of times.

the first mistake we spotted was in my spouse address history. We listed 2 different addresses that my spouse lived in within the past 5 years, but when we opened the pdf file we found that it only saved the first address and it replaced it with the second address and it didn t have dates on the first one.

and the second mistake was in the passport country of issuance. We typed tunisia but it saved it as Tun

my question is should we worry about those mistakes or we should ignore them since they re not that important?

can i apply to us citizenship while i am waiting for my ten years greencard because i have been married to us citizen more than 5 years and i have been in america almost 4 years

Hey please I need help I saw all people put nvc received case my noa2 approval in June 6 . And my fianc get the approval letter in June 11 and the question is I don t understand how I know that nvc received my case ??? Please I need someone to explain did they send email or something?

My wife was divorced and she kept using her ex husband last name.

She has this name on all the documents we are going to submit.

The only document that still has her old name is her birth certificate.

We don t know what to put in the section where it asks for other names that have been used.

Also do we need a proof of name change? And if we do what would it be? Because she didn t change her name through a court. She changed it through a social security office.
