US Immigration from Trinidad and Tobago

My wife visited me in the US before the I-130 was approved. We are going through consular processing. She was approved while still in the US. However, her country s borders are closed so she is unable to go home in time for the Interview. We do not want to adjust status. What can be done?

Does any one knows how long after the embassy receives your expedited documents from NVC it takes to get an interview? Last week I checked CEAC it went from being in transit to ready and I checked today again I seen it was last updated today but it still says ready

My wife came to visit me in the US 3 weeks ago. I already Filed the I -130 for her since April and originally wanted to do consular processing.(I m a USC) However the airline cancelled her return ticket because her country s borders are still closed to incoming flights. (The country is allowing ppl out but not in, except with an exemption which is a lottery system basically)

It s not her fault her ticket is cancelled so her original intention was to return home now we don t know when that will be.

Now we are considering changing to AOS. Do we have to wait 90 days to change to AOS? Her I -130 is still pending since April. What can be done? TIA

My friend has an interview on December 16th at the Trinidad embassy. She got an email from thr embassy to upload husband's tax transcript. Her husband has no tax transcript because he collects ssdi benifits, which is below the amount needed to file with irs. He wrote a letter stating such when documents was uploaded to nvc. What should she do?
