US Immigration from Thailand

My wife and step-daughter entered the USA on K-1 and K-2 visas. Step daughter entered at age 20, and is now 22. They adjusted status okay, no issues. We're just getting ready now to file an I-751 for removal of conditions. Looking to the future, I know my wife is able to apply for citizenship (N-400) 3 years after the Adjustment of Status was made. Does the same hold true for step-daughter? Or would she fall under a different timeline for when she is able to apply for citizenship?

Me and my Fiancee have been on a wild ride with this whole Visa process.

We've had many up's and down's especially with this whole Covid thing.

Anyway, I have a quick question.

There seems to be many different things on the internet as far as the steps and processes for the last couple of steps.

We received or NOA2 in March and the case was just last week delivered to the Embassy.

We filled out the DS 160 and I made a mistake, so I filled out another one.

After that, I went on the travel docs site, which I thought would let set an appointment date. It did not, but it let us fill out a form of sorts, and set up an account.

Now, I am confused, do we wait for the Embassy to contact us and let us know that they received the DS 160?

Or do we have to fill something else out.

We are so anxious and so close to the end here. I just want to do everything correctly so we can finally be together after all this time.

Hi I am filing for AOS soon, my husband and I filed joint tax document, I just want to ask what pages should I submit? Is it just the 1040? My husband is in the Military so he just have 1 income and his W2 already pass the income requirements so I dont think we need to submit joing sponsor. but I have a self employed job which include our joint tax return with schedule SE and schedule C, should I also need to submit those along with the 1040 for the affidavit of support? Please help

Good to be thinking about all eventualities. How long is it taking for a Green card After applying for a AOS on a K1 visa? I thought it was 9 months but I am hearing 24 months now?

My wife served on board a cruise ship for about a year. After completing her service, she did not return to her home country, but instead remained in the US. I know that when getting the police reports we need to account for all the time prior to her arrival in the US. Would her time serving on the ship be covered under her Thai report, or is there some other jurisdiction that we would need to get records from?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
