I will be filing my I-751 within the next week or so for my Thai wife. I want to include a photocopy of her Florida ID card along with pictures of her credit cards for which she is an authorized user on my accounts. Should all the credit card numbers be whited out or covered? Not sure if USCIS needs to see the actual credit card numbers. Also, if my wife's name is on a document (like mortgage) but is small and hard to see, how can I mark the location of her name without using a HIGH LIGHTER of some kind. Any advice for this would be very helpful. Thanks in advance for any replies to these questions. DH

Anyone pay the I-751 fee with a Visa DEBIT CARD as opposed to a regular CREDIT CARD? I have credit cards but on occasion they get declined by the card issuing bank because they don't recognize the payee as some entity you've paid previously. I would rather not take a chance with a straight up Credit card for this reason. I haven't written a paper check in over 10 years and therefore, don't have any. Would prefer to not have to order a box of checks for a singular transaction. The information on the USCIS website is confusing and all over the place: sometimes they say "Debit/Credit" then sometimes just "Credit" Anyone have experience paying their filing fee with an actual DEBIT CARD? Thanks in advance for any replies to this question.

Hello all, We will soon be filing our I-751 documents (CR-1 ROC) package and would like to ask how you folks packaged your documents when mailing via USPS....and which USPS service you used, i.e. Priority mail, Priority mail express, etc. and if you used their boxes. Any advice or information would be helpful for us. I think we will be sending to the Phoenix, AZ address. Thank you in advance for any replies to this question.

hi, i kind of asked this in another thread but i want to be sure so i'm starting a new thread. In the I-485 instructions it says 11. Certified Police and Court Records of Criminal Charges, Arrests, or Convictions You must submit certified police and court records for any criminal charges, arrests, or convictions you may have. It doesn't say what to do if you have none. My wife has no criminal history or any kind in Thailand, US and everywhere else. What should we submit if anything? thanks
