Hello All,

Is the Affidavit of Support (I-134) required to bring into the interview after the Noa2 is received?

Because I found this information on the USCIS website:

This is conflicting because the guide on visajourney mentions it needs to be provided at time of interview.

My fianc has arrived and we are planning on marrying next week. However, we are considering returning to her home country. What are the long-term consequences of doing this? Will she gain any benefit from having married in the US? I.e. will it grant her any sort of ability to obtain US residency in the future? Can we pick back up where we left off? Or are we completely screwed out of ever visiting the US again, in lieu of doing a CR visa from scratch somewhere down the road?

I130 sent and received 12-18-2021.

Priority date is 12-18-2021.

Married over 2 years.

Spouse is in Thailand.

Is my priority date current. What do I do next?

After more than 4 months since our AOS filing we received an email notifying us of an RFE. The email notification doesn't give any details and I was expecting the followup letter to arrive within a couple of days, but haven't seen anything after a week.

For others who have received RFE's - how long does the letter with the specifics of the RFE take to arrive?

Does anyone know what is the processing timeline for the I-129f form as of right now? I have a receipt date of May 5, 2021. I have not received any other updates since then. Also is there anyway to contact USCIS via telephone or email?
