Hey everybody please excuse me if this question has already been asked an i missed it.. i did try an look for the subject but didnt find one relative to my situation. My fiance is in Thailand an we filed our I129F in May of this year an we have a projected timeline of July of 2023 for our NOA 2. i know that i can visit Thailand as iv already done it twice this year an am going again at the end of the year. So my question is would it be possable for my fiance to visit the U.S as she can file for a B2 tourist visa so she can come here an meet my parents an kids. because if the timeline of July 23rd of 2023 is correct than it would be almost Sept or Oct for an interview schedual. Also im wondering if she can visit, is it a good idea for to try an visit. ? Are their any negative repercusions for the K1 application already in the pipeline if she is denied a B2 visa to visit..? i appreciate any comments an personal experiences on the matter ao thanks ahead of time..

This is about part 10 "applicant's statement". Can I be the preparer named in part 12?? No, I don't speak Thai. My wife is Thai and her English skills aren't great. Will this be an issue? Check the box 7a? Sign 8a & 8B? I can translate this on Google. Just found out my Attorney wants $1500.00 to do the preparation for the I-485!...and they're in Thailand! Do I need professional interpreter? Not doing the I765 or I-131, just the Green Card. Basically, can I be the preparer with Google translate? Alternate thought, I have a Thai friend here in California that can read this form for her, will that person have to come to the interview?? Thoughts? Thanks in advance!!! Mac

Hi everyone, we're just starting to fill out the I-130 online and it asks where we last lived together. We haven't shared a place except for various hotels and AirBnB's while I was visiting. My assumption is that this doesn't count as "living together" (even with both of our names on the paperwork and some of the stays being longer than a week in a given place), but I wanted to be sure. Thank you.

Hello All, We are looking at the requirements and packet 3 info before we schedule the interview at Bangkok embassy. There is a portion that states all documents have to be uploaded to CEAC website before the interview. Does this apply our I-129F application or is this for another visa? Thank you!
